We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven consultative Solutions Manager with a focus on new customer acquisition to join our team and help us expand our customer base.

About the Role:

As a Solutions Manager at JobTarget, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and growing customer relationships while driving new business. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding organizations through their recruitment challenges by introducing tailored solutions that improve their online recruitment strategy. In this role, you’ll conduct product demos, ask discovery questions to understand clients’ needs, and create proposals to help them hire top talent. After converting prospective clients, you’ll work to ensure they have a positive experience on the JobTarget platform, manage their onboarding, and foster long-term client relationships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales efforts.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment marketing and OFCCP compliance solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of the subscription-based business model.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: 

JobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match. Annual base pay range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 + monthly commission. Employees may also be eligible to participate in JobTarget’s Equity Incentive Plan. JobTarget is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
